Refund Policy

• XORA Beauty is not responsible for any damage after successful delivery of the products.

• An unboxing video with original packaging is mandatory for all claims related to:

  • Missing items

  • Leakage

  • Breakage

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect products

• For refund-related concerns, customers must contact us via:

  • Email: care@xorabeauty.com
    (Use the subject line: “Refund For <Order ID>”)
    and share clear images and videos of the issue.

• If the package appears tampered, damaged, or defective, kindly refuse to accept the delivery from the delivery partner.

• If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers must inform our customer care within 3 days of delivery status. Claims after this period will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to delivery partners.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account shared by the customer within 4–7 working days after approval.

• Refund claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• Once approved, refunds may take up to 15 days to be credited from the date of acceptance.

• XORA Beauty will share transaction details and reference IDs once the refund is initiated.


Return Policy

• In rare cases of transit-related damage (leakage / broken / missing items), a refund or replacement may be initiated after verification.

• Customers must contact XORA Beauty customer support within 24–48 hours of receiving a damaged, broken, or leaked product.


Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.

• A payment gateway charge of 2.5% will be deducted for cancelled orders.

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation approval.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

• If a shipped prepaid order is returned to us, a ₹75 deduction will be applied towards shipping and handling charges.

Q1) After acceptance of cancellation/refund, how long will it take to receive my money?

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of approval.
COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to the provided bank account within 4–7 working days.
• Transaction details will be shared once initiated.


Q2) Does this policy cover opened or used products?

No. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
Only leakage, broken, or missing items are covered under this policy.


Q3) How can I cancel my order if I placed it by mistake?

You can cancel your order:
• From the order confirmation page (within a few hours of placing the order), or
