All purchases made on XORA Beauty are shipped from our warehouse in Delhi – India through trusted courier partners.

Please allow the following estimated delivery timelines from the date of order confirmation:

Delivery Information

• Orders are delivered between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for a family member, colleague, or neighbor to receive the package on your behalf.

• XORA Beauty will not be responsible for packages signed for by an alternative person.

• XORA Beauty is not responsible for any damage after successful delivery of the order.
